There's no hierarchy of suffering

Rubyetc is a 22 year old illustrator who depicts awkward public situations, depression, body image and anxiety. In this interview, when asked what she would say to a young person who is having a hard time but is afraid to ask for help, she says: “There’s no hierarchy of suffering and your problems are valid. Talking about what’s going on isn’t a sign of weakness.”
