I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor with a wide range of experience gained over a number of years. I trained at WPF Therapy, one of the leading training centres for psychotherapists in the country. I hold a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from Roehampton University.

 

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethics, standards and practices.

 

Like many people who become therapists, I have been in therapy myself and have experienced how helpful it can be to talk and receive confidential and focused support.
