Therapy could be an investment in your personal and professional life.

A regular weekly counselling session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at £70.00 per session. (On-line is £60.)

For preliminary consultations, which typically last for up to 90 minutes, I charge £90.00 per session. (On-line is £80.) Sometimes we may decide to continue preliminary consultations for a few meetings. This gives us time to get to know each other, and for you to decide if you would like to begin therapy with me.
